Hard Drive Partitioning
« on: December 16, 2006, 07:00:55 PM »
I have 539 bad sectors on my hard drive (4 gig).  Does anyone know if I could partition this hard drive and somehow get those bad sectors into a partition that I don't need to use?

You need to replace the hard drive pronto. It is failing and it can snowball quickly. There is no substitute for intact hardware.  ;)
