I have created a table in Word2000 with 10 columns and 14 rows.

Now i want to shade (or highlight) certain cells in that table so that they can be noticed more easily.

Can I do it ? In MS Word 2000 ?

Can I Choose any color I wish?

      Draw your table .
Highlight the cells you want coloured .
Click format / Borders and Shading / Shading ...then select the colour and your done .
