battery removale

  My kid bought a used Dell notebook. It is a Inspiron. She can not figure out where the battery is to remove it. I have gone own Dell and can not find info. Can any one help with this. Thank You very much.

Which model Inspiron?  I presume you don't have the manual - but you will be able to download it from Dell's website.

In fact, if you can find the service code (printed on a label on the underside of the laptop) that would be even more helpful.
