window partially off screen
« on: April 03, 2007, 04:53:32 AM »
In one of my photo processing software programs after opening subsequent windows, they open partially off the screen at the top, this means I cannot reach the top bar with my mouse and cannot close, minimise or move the window, and have to reboot to start again. Any suggestions welcome.

try holding the Windows + M keys down at the same time. This should minimise all your screens

You can also use your monitor to adjust the size so you can get at the buttons.

Shortcut didnt work as when maximised window returned to old position.
Changed resolution on monitor and was able to reposition window, now why didn't I think of that!
Cheers MC :)
