vpn dimmed in wizard new connections

it must be a vault in the registery
who has the solution???
installation of servicepack 2 didnot work.

Mine has a vault. I painted a big yellow thirteen on it.

it's a mistake in the registery because icannot think about something else.
no virus chect with nod32
no spyware and so on.
and on my other pc its works great so why not on this one

i am using a dsl based network upto 12mbps
i am the only user off this computer so i have  all rights and privelliges

Make New Connection wizard stays the option vpn dimmed
problem solved .
services telefonie was disabled that all.
