Can I change the XP sys tray volume control icon?

Can I change the XP volume control icon in the system tray?  I have an HP laptop, and the icon is a round gray speaker-like thing. Thanks everyone.

ZVolume Pro 3.44 might be just what you need.  You can get it at http://3d2f.com/tags/winamp/control/icons/
