NO BEEPS

hiya I am looking for some help, my daughters computer will not start up and there is no beep code. I have checked for loose cards or wires and all seems fine.The power supply is fine and all the fans come on but no beep and os will not load. Any ideas . thanks.

Turn off the machine, unhook the power cable and remove the CMOS battery for ~10 seconds then put it back in.
