Help me get the best gaming PC for <£1,000

Hi there I hope this is the right forum for this thread! Anyway, pretty much what it says on the tin. I have all the peripherals already so I'm just interested in the computer itself, although I need an OS. I have quite a bit of money left over, so I'd like some advice on what components I could or should spend more money on.

Also, feel free to post general comments and in particular if you see something which strikes you as too low/high quality or something which is incompatible with the rest of the system. I have done my best to make sure everything fits together but I'm not expert

Spend more on the motherboard, or at least choose a different one.
Aim for one with two PCI-Express X16 slots so you can add another graphics card later for more performance rather than replacing your current one.

Other than that, the PC looks great.
Very nice specification, very nice price.
