My dsl speed

  I was wondering wether my download speed is correct , its on my modem settings now its 2.3mbps , i just ran a test i would like to know it its faster than what Tiscali ltd gave me or wether its slower .. i saw a topic like this added not to long ago... heres a link to what the test gave me.

Do you have a fixed bandwidth agreement with your ISP? If yes, the value it's ok, like in your agreement?
If you don't have such an agreement with your ISP, your actual value is greater than the minimum value mentioned in your mutual agreement?
