monitor flickers

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me. I got problem with my monitor. It's flickering. I have tried to increase the screen resolution as well as the screen refresh rate(from 60Hz to 75Hz) but to no avail.

I use a laptop with 15.4 inch screen and another monitor (19 inch) as a secondary monitor. Is this the cause? because they are not compatible or ?

is the monitor is CRT type? if you are sensitive to flicker 75 Hz is too slow. Try adjusting brightness and contrast. if monitor is old and/or cheap model consider replacement.
