i just got a toshiba satellite laptop with windows vista. I've been having loads of small problems. In internet explorer I havent been able to download firefox, or torrent files. When i hit save the window just disappears, if i hit run it will look like its downloading but as soon as it says it downloads the whole thing the window disappears so i cant open the file. i also cant find the files anywhere when searching.
i read some help online that said i should change the options in internet explorer only to find when i go to tools and down to internet options and click on internet options an hourglass appears for a second then goes away and nothing else happens.
anyone know what might be going on?
