Play movie from bat file that can't be turned off

Does anyone know what command I can use in a batch file to play a movie with Windows Media Player (when a computer starts)  so the person cannot turn off media player and has to watch the whole video. Can anyone help?

LOL, funny problem..  Try playing a more interesting video..  or disconnect the keyboard and mouse.
