Filepicker

 :'(I am a new computer user..know less than nothing !!! When I hit BROWSE OR SAVE AS to try to upload or save a pic. etc. all I get is " Filepicker was unexpectedly closed by windows !" Then the only thing it will let me do is log off & start over.  Windows XP    Wha vother info. do you need ? Thanks !

    Does anyone else use your computer? If not, you can try uninstalling Filepicker. If so, you can try to update Filepicker.

    what happen if you choose "cancel" or hit the "x"?
    like my free download manager,if i do that it will let me use the default windows save / open.
