    DVD help
    « on: September 24, 2010, 04:21:15 PM »
I have win xp pro and windows media player 11. and when I got to play DVDs that I buy it tells me.

WMP cannot play the DVD because a DVD decoder is not installed on your computer.

Now I see on the net people say installed on your computer.

I see on the web some people say
Get DivX codec free and it will make windows media player play DVDs.

I don't know if it will work because I thought DivX was a media player I want to use WMP 11 I love it???

I am sure he meant "Download and install the K-lite codec package."
