Start Windows in Safe Mode by tapping F8 before the computer starts.
Use the arrow keys to choose Safe Mode and press Enter.
Logon with the inbuilt "Administrator" account.
Click on Start, click on Run and type in control userpasswords2
Click OK.
Select the user account and click on "Reset Password".
Type in a new password and click OK.
Click OK on the User Accounts dialog box.
Reboot the computer.
