HP Printer Interface Text is Garbled
« on: December 27, 2004, 01:17:04 PM »
:-/  I have an HP PSC 500 Printer that has the interface text showing up things like "&*(:@/" instead of "OK" or "Cancel" or 11x17 or any of the pick texts that should be shown.  It does this for any of the property stting menus and is impossible to read.  I'm assuming there is something amiss in the settings.  I tried reloading from the setup disk to no avail.  My email is [email protected].  THANKS!

Hi Alvada.... Have you installed your drivers correctly? Is your printer compatible with your computer? Have you tried getting the latest drivers off of the HP website? Keep us notified...
