Can anyone help, I have recently started using Wireless Broadband on aol, with a netgear router, however, im currently having numerous problems with it, every so often i am being disconnected from aol, and the error message is Error AC - 3001: er 0x84100118
OS winxp-sp2; ACS 4.6.61.4.
After numerous frustrating phone calls to aol (who have hardly been of any help) they told me to disable my windows firewall as this could be causing the problem. I have disabled the firewall but im still having the same problems, can anyone please advise me on what the problem is or maybe
