First a coupla queries.

(1) What Dos version are you using?
(2) Is this Dos in a Win environment (Win 98 etc) If so which Win version?
(3) If you wish to copy a file created on date will there be other files also created on that date which you do NOT want to copy?  i.e. will ALL files created on date be copied or just one/some of them?
(4) Do you have any programming experience?

I don't guarantee to have a solution for you but willing to try after getting your answers.
