how do i download the latest framework?

I know i can get it here but at my dads house he doesn't have internet and i need (dont know which version) to run a program I am trying to install there. I have a flash drive i can take it over on but where do i download it from?

If you don't know which version or even what framework you need, how do you know you need to install a framework?

when i try installing the program it pops up an error that says it but i dont remember which version it said. it just asked would you like to download it now and of course having no internet access there, i couldn't. So I'll dload each of those i guess and take them with me. or if i just download 3 and i need 2 or 1.1 will it still work?

The .net frameworks are not cumulative as the Service pacs are...each one is independent of the other just so you know...
