Boot Problem PLEASE HELP

When I restartedmy computer I get nothing. Literally the only thing on the screen is the cursor,the wallpaper and nothing else. No icons, no start button or bar or anything. Now this is AFTER login

btw I'm only on IE now because I went to Taskmanager (CTRL+ALT+DLT works just fine) and opened a new task.

Try opening explorer.exe, just like you opened IE.
