how do i personalise my login picture?

Control Panel, User Accounts, Choose the account you want to change, Click Change my Picture and click Browse for more pictures.

When logged on, click on the Profile button at the top center of the forum screen.  Then, select Forum Profile Information, and choose which option you want.

Sorry, since this was in the Microsoft Windows forum, I thought the OP meant the Windows logon picture.

I think you may be right.  I may have been on the wrong track.  The original post is very vague.  I'd like to see him clarify his question.

Well, he did write login and not logon, so I think you're more likely to be right.
