is there anyway i can get passed cmos password without my screwdriver cant set first boot device on my old laptop advent 6410 to cd rom and i have no floppy on the desktop puter to use floppy

Normally in the case of laptops a new EEPROM chip needs to be soldered in....usually between 60 and 120 bucks Labor and parts.
