Limewire HLEP

I am running win xp pro and have Limewire to download music.

They told me to get more Themes for the Limewire Skin to pick one from there list.

Then Right Click on the Download link and click Save Target As   then put it in?
C:\Ducuments and settings\my profile name    then\Aplication\limewire\theme

I do not see Aplications  or  limewire\theme.

I am under the Administrator acount.
