    Free Backup utility.

    Can anyone give me a link to a good free backup utility that has 0 spyware, And one that can save my favorites. Also, should I copy the back up to a DVD?

      As noted above, drive image xml is great for backing up your whole system, and for folder back ups, syncback freeware is useful. I describe both programs here...
