Since this is no longer a malware problem and I am out of ideas I suggest making a new topic in the Internet Browsers forum and seeing if someone has some fresh ideas there.

Post the screenshot and link to this thread so anyone helping can see what has been done already.

Sorry but I am simply out if ideas at this point.

but it seems i have solved it was quite simple really
tools>internet options>advanced>reset done
