Can you try adjusting the resolutions? (Right click the Desktop, go to Properties and Settings tab).

Also, if you go into your Graphics Card Properties (usually by Right Clicking the Desktop), is there an option to have black spaces at the edges of the screen?

o have gone to the resolutoion but dont knoe what to set it to it says that its 800x600   and i didnt know about the desktop thing sorry im kinda computer stupid
Try settings the resolution to a higher value (like 1024x768 pixels) and see what happens.
If that doesn't work, we'll try the Video Card thing.

Note: Topic Resolved via PM.

Apparently adjusting resolutions did the trick.
