    HELP PLEASE

    HI.I DOWNLOADED THIS PROGRAM  S29 OR POWER SPY THE ONES TO RECORD WEB PAGES BUT I GOT WAS A ADD ON MY DESKTOP THAT IS JUST IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE..
    CANT GRAB IT..CANT DELETE..CANT EVEN RIGHT CLICK ON IT,,IT DOSENT EVEN APPEAR ON THE DESKTOP ITEMS..IF SOME ONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE...THANK YOU
