    Speedfan Test
    « on: September 17, 2008, 06:31:21 AM »
I downloaded speedfan and installed it.

I really dont know what to do with it yet though.
It takes 15 years to become an overnight success & Windows 10 will add another 10 years to it.

Do you have it installed just to view the temperatures, or what?

Actually, my fans aren't recognized either. Then again, I have a laptop (although I think it should be able to see them....)

Also, your CPU Temp seems ok. What about when you are doing something resource-intensive like playing a game?

yep just running through it now. Temp went up to 95 for a minute then stabalized. But I had a pause to edit here and it went down to 93.
Oh and the cd player still wont load automaticly.
I tried two different ways to set it up as autoplay.

yes I went through the  directions and set each unit for CD DVD so on, still didnt work.
So I went through it again and set each unit individually and hit ok each time. Still doesnt work.

I suggest starting a new topic called 'CD Drive won't autorun'

In the post, talk about the problem, history of the problem, OS and mention you have tried everything in that link.

The speedfan shows the system (so far) temperature between 93 and 95 F during a Game of Sim City 3000.
