My problem is after recently sending my computer (p4 HP, 3.6g processor,1g Ram )back under warranty to get fixed after it wouldnt go anywhere when I tried to use.
I received it back with this recurring problem.....
When I click turn off...it doesnt...it goes through the motions and then reboots.
This is my first purchased computer all others I have built myself and had no probs...so this is a new one on me.
Since the OS is an OEM and i havent the actual disc...reinstalling after a destructive reformat is not possible.
PLEASE ... any ideas how to overcome this problem.
