Musicmatch Jukebox
« on: September 27, 2008, 07:35:47 PM »
Recently the hard drive had to be replaced on my computer and all my programs had to be reinstalled.  I don't know how, but I ended up with Musicmatch Jukebox and I can't get rid of it.  When I try to Remove it from Add/Remove Programs I get the following message:    "The log file ‘C:\Program Files\MUSICMATCH\MUSICMATCH Jukebox\Uninst.isu’ is not valid or the data has been corrupted.  Uninstalltion will not continue."  I went to Program files and tried to delete it from there and it wouldn't allow me to delete it from there either.  How do I get rid of this program?  I use Windows Media Player so I don't need this one.  Thanks, Carol D.

Welcome to the CH forums.

Try Revo uninstaller from http://www.revouninstaller.com/ and if that doesn't work one of these might.

Good luck

Thank you, Dusty, Revo worked like a charm!  I have never run into that type of problem before.  Usually if I persist I can figure things out but, hadn't a clue where to start on this one.

No problem, thanks for coming back to report your success.

Revo uninstaller should be in every users software toolkit.
