    sound driver read this first what can i do??

    i am having problems with my sound . The sound is real scratchy on all applications video audio heaphones everything.can any one help me  ?

      If you did, and the sound is bad across the board (Windows sounds, CD/DVD sound, internet sound), then I suspect something's wrong with your on-board sound chip. You may need real sound card.

          If its still under warrenty I would send it back, hate to troubleshoot these.

              seems like that the board is bad then.  Could be the speaker, try a seperate pair an see.

                He said headphones too.

                And you can't really swap out speakers on a laptop . . . .
                Why is this thus?  What is the reason for this thusness?
