    no sound

    there is no sound on my desktop when im logged in as adminstrator....but when my wife logs in.....its back.  um using xp pro and we both have full axcess.  im stumped.  thanks

      yes....checked all possible avenues....must have missed one.  wnet to device manager....working ok.  wnet to audio devices on control panel....ok.  plugged in different speakes....same thing happens.

        Have you tryed to install a motherboard sound driver?
        You problem might be that your pc has corrupted your sound drive and that know you need to install another drive, try getting a more recent sound drive and a better one than what you already have.
