new comp....first start up Windows Vista home Premium
« on: January 11, 2009, 06:44:52 AM »
hey......sooo i got a custom computer made, and unpacked it all and went to start it up and my monitor wasn't working, just a blank screen. So i held down the 'off' button and tried a few things and i did that a few times.....(i know its not good for the comp) but i got the monitor working soooooo now my issue is that when i start the computer it will start to load, then i get a error messege

The computer restarted unexpectedlyh or encountered and unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and the restart the instalation.

i push okay and it it restarts and comes back to that messege. and they didn't give me a windows vista install disk.....i don't think. thanks for all the help.

Still under Warranty ? ?
If so i'd have them re-install Vista and request a Vista CD.
