I am confused by Step 6 of the guide at

http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,46313.0.html

I have two Shortcut Icons on my Desktop. One is called "HijackThis" the other has the title "Shortcut to sniper.exe". Their pictorial representations are identical.

Am I meant to open the program by clicking the sniper version ?

Yes. Delete the other.
