All of a sudden when I try to download a pic, all I get is the small box in the upper left corner (with the circle, square, triangle). What did I mess up? How can I rectify it?

Depends where you download it from. Does this happen everywhere, or just on that specific site?
What Browser?

Thanks, Carbon... I never paid attention to where they come from but I'll start watching. I'm using both IE and Firefox and also don't know if they come from a specific browser or not Will start paying attention! Thanx, again.

Somtimes it can also happen if you have addons on your browser
