Trojan Horse SHeur.LVU

Hi,

Also have the Trojan Horse SHeur.LVU and am also running AVG Virus running on XP.  Sims.exe has been affected and it won't run, tried to heal and it says it is healed but it is not and won't display the sims.exe icon properly.  Driving me nuts!  Please help.
