    Missing file
    « on: February 05, 2009, 11:28:22 AM »
    Hello

I have two hard drives, one is C and the other F. F holds Win XP Pro. When I load up the PC it takes me a while - longer than normal - to get to the desktop and when I do I get the following message:

    Windows cannot find F:\Windows\eksplorasi.pif

I'm not even sure what a .pif file is!

Is there a remedy for this, please?

    Thanks.

    Steve

That's a convoluted setup. Why did you do that?

    Try this:
Click Start the Run and type in:
    sfc /scannow
Have your windows CD handy. It will ask for it.
