i ahve my sisters computer. I need to delete her e-mail as the default on outgoing (thru a website) etc.  How do I change it to my e-mail address so it goes thru my verizon instead of her cancelled account thru outlook express

Welcome to the CH forums.

No need for poll.

Control Panel>Internet Options>Programs  E-mail in the Internet Programs pane.
