Sorry Ive lost it...

I'm having problms with my computer restarting at will. I remember there being a post on here abou this about 3 weeks ago but i cant find it. Does anyone have the link. (Or any advice) Thanks

Scan for viruses.  I think it was Netski(sp) that would reboot often.
