    problem with a newly installed windows xp

    I recently had to have my com. reinstalled with windows xp it runs good now but i have to scroll from side to side as well as up and down when on the net WHAT UP I have no clue

    Right click an empty part of your desktop and select properties. Click the settings tab and decrease your resolution.
