My computer freeze until Verifying DMI...

Hy,

I'm new here and first I would like to greet everybody.Now, I can show you my problem: Sometimes when I turn on my computer, it freeze until on the display appear the inscription with "Verifying DMI...".When I give a restart, the things are going fine in the most of the cases.Please help me!!!
I'm using Windows XP with SP2.

Most likely, hard drive is dying.
Hurry up, back up your data.

Try removing the CMOS battery from your motherboard and then reinsert it after about five minutes.

Thanks a lot for all answers, but nothing have solved my problem.Perhaps the harddisk but this is quite new ( 1 year).Anyway, I'm posting here my DxDiag, maybe it can help:

I'm posting this here and now because I really hope that that can help somebody.After I bought a new harddisk and a new DVD unit, I found that the problem was the old( 1 year...) DVD unit.What is the DVD unit problem I do not know,
because without the boot problem it is working fine but perhaps I must go to the vendor and so on.It is unbelievable indeed .By!

Please sorry and don't care about my solutions.They are not good, additionally they are very bad because can make you to spend money on some other hardware crap.
Let's resume: yesterday I discovered by Everest program that my motherboard BIOS is:
"EVALUATION ROM-NOT FOR SALE".Look at that mess men: some bloody bastards who are hardware producers sold me a crappy mobo and, additionally, made me to spend a lot of money to another bloody bastards hardware producers.
Please learn from my story.
