All of that is debugging junk for the developer of a website. Where are you seeing all of this? Is it on one site or a lot?
If it is just one site, then someone that runs that site screwed up their code. The average user isn't meant to see all of that.
It happens on every site. Even on this site I noticed it has this site listed in the above list.
Also, what exactly does Debugging mean? I get that message popping up asking me if I want to debug is one of the options every time the browser tries to crash, I have an option of debugging. I thought it was something that is dangerous to do. In this one book we have on Computers, there is a section that lists the 10 big things you don't want to do to a computer. Debugging is one of them also something called an Fdisk which we had no idea what it was for, years ago with one of my older computers that kept having problems saying it can't find the operating system. The tech at Compaq had me do an Fdisk, and said it wouldn't erase anything. Because before doing it, we asked several times if I need to back things up before doing it.
They said no.
