    I recently acquired a 5 port USB PCI card.This card has 4 external USB 2.0 ports and 1 internal. Are there any devices that use an internal port that can be installed in a PC? If so what? Thank you.truenorth

    You can use the internal USB connection for a 3.5" USB memory card reader.
