hi there,
thanks to my little one being inquisative,playing around with keyboard while i got a drink,all i get when i restart is a few seconds of logo and then a blank screen with a cursor in top left hand corner.it does not flash and there is no" :" just the line.
i have tried to get passed it but nothing happens.can anyone help please as i am a novice at computers and child watching
