Greetings.
My sister's computer (windows xp) will not load. It goes to the accounts page (welcome page) only and upon clicking the account it says loading personal settings and then the desktop flashes for 1 second and then says saving settings, and then will not load, it just stays on the account page. Restarting in safe mood does not work either as it does the same thing. This was right after downloading AVG and Spybot and running them. The computer did not have any antivirus program before. Furthermore, running spybot and AVG it found of course malware,spyware,viruses and I deleted/fixed them, then proceeded to restart the computer. And here we are. Please help!!
