Internet won't work!! It says because of the firewall setting:( WHAT DO I DO?

I went to load the internet and it said it cannot display webpage!! Then I clicked diagnose problem and it said about the firewall!! Please help!!

You need to give more info.

1. What browser are you using?
2. What is the exact message you are getting when you diagnose the problem?
3. Has this just started happening or has it always had this problem?
4. What kind of internet connection are you trying to use?

I am sure someone else will want more info but the above will at least give people something to start with.
