internet browser hijacked!

my internet browser has been hijacked..     my computer is also infected by this virus or spyware. please can someone give me a hand solving this threat on my computer. im running on windows xp sp2. im attaching my hjt log. thanks.

Create a fresh HJT log after you run the other programs.

Paste your HJT log into the window of the process tool and follow the instructions at the end to remove the problems....
