"Windows cannot access the specified device,path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" HijackThis closes down when the Scan starts. The problems started when facebook and twitter got hit I know we got the Koobface thingy virus/worm(I know we are not pros) but I though I got it removed. My computers is doing all kinds of things like IE and Mozilla being open and I cant see them and any antivirus or anti malware program I download gets hijacked and will not scan thoroughly or at all.. I do not know what else to do Please help!!!!
