hi guys!, can anyone give software that can disable internet download, disable installing program, hide drives and others... option plsss.

set your internet option in control panel and make it block all cookies unplug your cd rom
if you don't want somebody else downloading something tell them not to and if they do you can always set a password for your computer  you could also set a network password and i don't think there's any program that blocks cds from being downloaded i don't even think a guest account you can block from downloading cds

All of these functions and many more options are available thru Administrator Tools in Control Panel.
