if it under one year old ......contact dell <*censored*> site or get them to pay you a visit.......its the winxp reg is corrupted......try a re-install..............do you have norton?

Nope dont got norton, and if i did i wouldnt be able to access it anyway.

I got a 3 year warrenty on it, they would come in home and fix it?
